5. We currently ship only to locations within India. Shipping to certain remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas may not be available. In such cases, we will notify you promptly if your order cannot be delivered.
6. All packaging used is designed to maintain product integrity and quality during transit and complies with FSSAI regulations governing nutraceutical and herbal products packaging and labeling.
7. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. Any damages, tampering, or discrepancies in the order must be reported to our customer support within 48 hours to enable timely resolution.
8. In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, unavailability at the delivery address, or refusal to accept the shipment, re-delivery charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.
9. We reserve the right to modify or update the shipping policies, partner courier services, or delivery methods at any time without prior notice, while striving to maintain transparency and efficient service.
10. Delivery failures or delays arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, transport strikes, or regulatory lockdowns are beyond our control and shall not be held liable for such delays.
11. Please note that although we strive to maintain accuracy, shipment and delivery timeframe commitments are estimates and not guarantees.

H. Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is expired, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Customers must report any such issues within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support through designated channels. Delayed claims beyond 3 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
3. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unopened (unless damaged or defective).
4. Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days to the original mode of payment. The time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider.

To maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity especially for nutraceutical and herbal products only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return or refund subject to other policy conditions.

I. Cancellation Policy
